Our Commitment
Hale Barns Tennis Club is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of everyone who plays, coaches, volunteers, or works at our club. We follow LTA safeguarding guidance and expect all members, coaches, and visitors to share this commitment.
What We Do
- •All coaches and volunteers who work with children hold enhanced DBS checks
- •We follow the LTA's Safeguarding at Events and Activities guidelines
- •We have a designated Welfare Officer responsible for safeguarding concerns
- •All staff and volunteers receive regular safeguarding awareness training
- •We have clear procedures for reporting concerns or allegations
Reporting a Concern
If you have any safeguarding concerns or wish to report an incident, please contact our Welfare Officer or any member of the committee. You can also contact the LTA's Safeguarding Team directly.
